A Short Thank You !
It is with great pleasure to write this short thank you to the team at First National Real Estate The Entrance. In particular, Bob Barnett whom looked after us from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Bob to my many friends and family for his prompt, efficient and reliable service. He was very knowledgeable of the area and the surrounding Real Estate opportunities. He went out of his way many times taking calls and meeting us even in his leisure times - a very personable gentleman.

Excellent Service !
Not your average property to sell, it required a professional with contacts, through knowledge of the market place and ability to bring Investors in. Philip certainly looked outside the box and brought me the result I wanted. He did not waste my time with ridiculous offers. I always felt like he was on the ball and hungry for a sale, he did not let me down! Overall, I would rate the level of service received during the Sale excellent.

An Absolute Pleasure !
I am writing to advise you that it was an absolute pleasure working with Philip Martin in connection with the Sale of my property. I found Philip to be a friendly, patient, knowledgeable, professional and sensitive young man. I would thoroughly recommend him to anybody wishing to purchase or sell property and I wish him well in his future endeavours.

Another Happy Purchaser !
I would like to take this opportunity to give you some feedback on your Agent - Philip Martin and his assistance with our purchase of our home in 2015. From the moment we first looked at the property to the time we settled and even beyond, Philip went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information required at every step of the way. I have nothing but praise for all the assistance we received from Philip, and I would definitely recommend his services to anyone buying or selling property. We hope this is the first of many properties we will purchase and we will definitely be engaging Philip's services should the opportunity arise.
