We recently sold our duplex at Norah Head through Philip Martin at The Entrance First National. Initially we listed our property with another agent who was offering a lower commission and higher listing price. After about 6 months of having the property on the market we had 0 inspections. We were recommended Philip Martin, by one of his previous customers, my husband and I offered Philip to have a look at our property.
Philip was realistic with his listing price, but his commission was higher than some of the other agents, as we already listed with an agent with low commission and we didn't receive very good service we decided to list with him.
